I am a certified Irlen screener that understands the issues involved with living with Irlen Syndrome because I have Irlen myself.

I am often called, "The lady with the rose colored glasses"  in the Loveland community. I was assessed with Irlen Syndrome at 46 years old and I wear Irlen Spectual Filters to help manage my symptoms.  

 

I have had unexplained distortions in my vision causing problems with reading and accuracy in school and the workplace.  Additionally I suffered with problems with depth perception, anxiety, chronic fatigue and migraines (read my full story below!)

 

The use of the Irlen Method has given me relief from these symptoms and improved my quality of life.

 

My role as an Irlen Screener is to help both children and adults in assessing Irlen symptoms and getting much needed relief.  

 

My life would have been so much different if I had received this assessment much earlier in life with such a simple solution.  I am so thankful to Helen Irlen and her discovery and it is my mission to help as many people as possible to find the relief that took me so long to discover. 

 

I can screen all ages and determine in about 2 hours whether or not you our your child is suffering from Irlen Syndrome, provide you immediate relief with the correctly matched color overlays based on the distortions the assessment reveals and provide ongoing education and guidance for the next steps in your or your child's Irlen journey.
